On my last payslip, I was paid GBP187.55 for holidays, which sounds about right. If they're right, then I should have been paid GBP43.03, which, since I was on GBP5.55/hr, comes out as 7.75 hours, over 5 months. I was contracted at 20 hours a week (I think), and that sounds a little bit low to me. 18.6 hours holiday a year is under a week...
So I've E-mailed them. I decided not to point out that they never asked me to sign a contract, since they might point out that it could be implied that I'm not entitled to any holiday pay [smile]
Still, something else to deal with that I can't be bothered with. At leatst I have a 3 day weekend ahead, and I should have some time to do some coding at last...
