Ok ok ok, it seems to be working now. I uninstalled .NET 2.0, I reinstalled it, then I installed every single Windows Update that was available, including ones I didn't need. Then I restarted and it seems to all be good again. It probably had something to do with either .NET 3.0, or me refusing to install IE7. Anyway, I don't care. I'm going to take a ghost image and then get back to coding... What a waste of 2 hours >_<
