Well, Ferrari Challenge DS is apparently already on some torrent sites, despite it not being released till Feburary sometime. Good work, System 3.

Ach Steve that sucks. Its only when you see it from the developers point of view that you realise how infuriating piracy must be.

Yeah, but you guys bang those things out in like a weekend.
You should really negotiate some sort of compensation for damages in your distributor contracts; has Codies actually moved that game for sale outside of Germany yet, or did they just forget about it?

Codemasters, are still failing miserably at marketing the last one, yes. Because it's a DS-only release Codies won't allocate much money towards marketing it. The next game should get way more marketing (And is way more fun to play IMO). I can't say what it is, but I think I can say there's a PS3 version coming out at the same time (Prepare for that sentence getting removed :P)
