Ok, my copy of Dungeon Keeper: The Deeper Dungeons no longer requires a CD. That was relatively simple to do, since the game can run entirely from hard disk, and just checks if there's a CD called "KEEPER" or "KDDISK1" in the drive for the actual CD check.
So now I can get back to installing the rest of the games. Hooray!
