Nintendo developer support team don't seem to realise how much packaging is needed for some things. This is how much packaging we got with a Wii Motion Plus accessory (Click to enlarge):

Nah, been there, done that and worse. I used to quite regularly stuff boxes with those little bubble baggies to fill the voids or they get crushed in transit.

I think the reality is Nintendo developer support team do not have appropriately sized boxes for the items they need to ship [smile].
